Audience: This live webinar is designed for individuals who are responsible for supporting, problem-solving, or supervising classroom teachers as they work to become effective classroom managers. Teacher leaders, department chairs, administrators, school psychologists, social workers, counselors, BCBA’s, and any other interested parties are welcome.

Description: In this session, you will learn effective observation techniques as well as a practical problem-solving approach for common classroom management challenges. The content and strategies discussed will be appropriate for all grade levels and are designed to help you better support, collaborate with, or supervise classroom teachers. You will leave this session armed with new understandings about classroom management, setting you up to be a more effective consultant or supervisor in the arena of classroom management.

Dr. Mahri Wrightington is the founder and CEO of PD Monster. She earned an undergraduate degree in psychology at Bryn Mawr College and a doctorate in school psychology at the University of Connecticut. She holds current school certifications in school psychology and school administration. Having worked as a school psychologist, school administrator, and education consultant for the past 2 decades, Dr. Wrightington has a wealth of knowledge to share with participants. Dr. Wrightington is passionate about providing professional development that will have an immediate impact on the practices of the participants.
