You do not need a login to browse our site. After you make your first purchase from PD Monster, login information will be sent to you. You will use this login to access your webinar or course and any relevant materials.

After you make a purchase, you will be sent information to create your password. If you do not see it in your email inbox, check your spam folder. Sometimes PD Monster emails get stuck in there. But if you can’t find it or have lost track of your password at any time, you can reset your password on your own! Go to www.pdmonster.com and click on the LOGIN button in the top right corner. Enter your email address and click the forgot password button.

If you forgot your login password, go to www.pdmonster.com and click on the LOGIN button in the top right corner. Enter your email address and click the forgot password button. If you are looking to change your password, login to your PD Monster account, select your avatar on the top right hand corner, and go to your settings. If you scroll down there is an option to change your password.

Yes, we accept purchase orders from school districts. There are directions under each webinar about how to complete this process. You may contact us at info@pdmonster.com with any questions.

Yes, we give CEUs for webinars! We are currently approved by the National Association of Social Workers, the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Social Work, the National Association of School Psychologists, the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and the National Board for Certified Counselors. However, not all webinars are approved by all five agencies. Please check the description of each webinar to understand specific credit hours and attendance requirements.

All PD Monster webinars are recorded and paid participants have access to the recordings for 30 days. You can choose whether to attend live or wait for the recording to be uploaded which usually takes us about 2 business days. However, if you are looking for specific credit (CEUs, CPDs, etc.), make sure you read the attendance requirements on our website. Some credentialing agencies require live attendance, which we track with our software.

You will have access to the webinar recording for 30 days following the webinar. Your access will be automatically revoked on that day so make sure you download the handouts and take your quiz before it expires!

Log into your PD Monster account and go into your library. The recording will be under Live Webinar Information. To log in, just go to our website www.pdmonster.com and click the login button in the top right corner. Recordings are uploaded within 2 business days following the event.

You should have received a receipt automatically after your purchase has been processed. If you can’t find it, first check your spam and/or promotional folder. Contact info@pdmonster.com if you still can’t find it and we can send you a duplicate receipt.

You can take webinar quizzes as many times as you want! If you do not pass on your first attempt, you can go back to review the material and then take the quiz again until you are happy with your score.

Certificates are not automatically sent when you pass your quiz. We create them manually about once per week. If it has been more than a week, it may have ended up in your spam or promotional folder so check there first! If you still cannot find it, please contact info@pdmonster.com and we’ll help you!

You will receive an email prior to the webinar with information for accessing the webinar and handouts. If you do not see it in your email inbox check your spam folder! Sometimes PD Monster emails get stuck in there. You can also sign in to your PD Monster account and find the live webinar zoom link and handouts any time after you make your purchase. Everything you need to access the webinar will be in your library.

Yes! We offer two easy options for accessing past webinar recordings:

Option 1: Within 30 Days of the Live Webinar
If the webinar took place within the past 30 days, you can purchase individual access at the regular registration price.

The sooner you register, the more time you’ll have to complete the webinar during your 30-day access window.

Option 2: After the 30-Day Window (Current School Year Only)
If more than 30 days have passed but the webinar was held during the current school year, you can still access the recording for a weekend (A Friday thru Sunday of your choice!) This option is available for the regular webinar cost plus a $5 access fee.
