Audience: This live webinar series is designed for school teams (up to 5 members) responsible for leading or supporting restorative practices implementation within their schools or districts. Ideal participants include administrators, school psychologists, social workers, counselors, behavior specialists, teacher leaders, and other staff involved in strengthening school culture, relationships, accountability, and proactive behavior support systems.

Attendance: Your purchase includes a seat at all three live webinar sessions, plus access to the recordings. Each session will be recorded and made available to your team through 30 days after the final session. While we encourage teams to learn together—ideally attending live as a group—you may also choose to watch the recordings on your own schedule within the access window.

Training Description: Many educators have attended restorative practices trainings that focused heavily on philosophy and theory, but left participants unsure of what implementation should actually look like in real schools and classrooms. This practical webinar series is designed to bridge that gap by helping school teams move from understanding restorative practices to confidently applying them in meaningful, sustainable ways.

Across three live sessions, participants will explore realistic strategies for implementing restorative practices at the classroom, staff, and systems levels. The series will focus on practical tools, common implementation barriers, staff buy-in, proactive community-building approaches, and effective responses to conflict and harm. Teams will leave with clearer direction, actionable strategies, and a stronger understanding of how to make restorative practices work within the unique context of their schools.
