Description: In this session, co-teaching partners will explore six proven co-teaching models and learn practical strategies to enhance collaboration, instruction, and student outcomes. You’ll gain insights and tools to strengthen your partnership, refine your classroom practices, and create a more cohesive, inclusive learning environment. Whether you’re new to co-teaching or looking to elevate your current approach, this session will help you take your teamwork to the next level.

Presenter: Mahri Wrightington, Ph.D.
Dr. Mahri Wrightington is the founder and CEO of PD Monster, where she leads high-impact professional development for educators across the country. She holds a doctorate in school psychology from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. in psychology from Bryn Mawr College, along with current certifications in both school psychology and school administration. With over 20 years of experience as a school psychologist, administrator, and consultant, Dr. Wrightington brings deep expertise and real-world insight to every session she leads. Known for her engaging style and practical approach, she’s passionate about helping school teams shift from theory to action—so they can see real results, fast. Her trainings are always designed to spark new thinking, build capacity, and empower educators to create lasting change.

Presenter: Erica Cole Harms, Ph.D.
Dr. Cole Harms earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at Smith College, a Master’s in Science Education from Simmons College, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Simmons University. Throughout her career as a science educator and school administrator, she has spent countless hours dedicated to improving her own co-teaching practices as well as supporting others in setting up successful co-teaching environments. Dr. Cole Harms is also a trained restorative practitioner and is passionate about helping educators to incorporate restorative practices into the classroom.
