Audience: This live webinar is appropriate for any education professional who wants to learn more about the effects of trauma and specific ways to support students who have experienced trauma. Teachers, special educators, administrators, school psychologists, social workers, counselors, BCBA’s, and any other interested parties are welcome. It is suggested but not required that you attend Module 1 in this training series before attending Module 2.

Description: In this session, you will build upon your new understanding of trauma from Module 1. You will learn more specifics about how trauma impacts learning, memory, and other cognitive processes. Additionally, you will learn how to provide key instructional supports, supply students with executive functioning strategies, teach emotional regulation techniques, and learn several ways to strengthen your relationships with students who have experienced trauma.
